Step 1 · DIGITAL PLANNING
Consultation, CBCT Scan & Surgical Guide Design
Following your consultation, a 3D CBCT scan and digital intraoral scan are taken to assess your bone quality, bone volume and gum condition. Using advanced planning software, the ideal implant positions are digitally determined and a custom surgical guide is designed and manufactured to ensure maximum precision and safety.
Step 2 · GUIDED IMPLANT SURGERY
Precise Implant Placement with Digital Guidance
Four dental implants are placed using a digitally designed surgical guide, allowing for exceptional accuracy, reduced treatment time and a minimally invasive approach. Where suitable, implants can often be placed without extensive gum surgery. For patients with hopeless or failing teeth, extractions and immediate implant placement can be performed during the same appointment. You leave the clinic with a fixed smile on the very same day.
Step 3 · FINAL HYBRID BRIDGE FITTED
Your Permanent Smile
Your custom-made hybrid bridge is carefully designed to provide a natural appearance, excellent function and long-term comfort. For suitable patients with ideal bone and soft tissue conditions, the final hybrid bridge may be delivered immediately, with no temporary phase required.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
If additional healing is required — for example following extractions, bone remodelling or in cases of softer bone quality — a fixed temporary prosthesis will be provided on the same day. This allows the gums and bone to heal properly while maintaining your appearance, comfort and function. After the healing period, your final custom-made permanent bridge will be fitted to ensure the best possible long-term outcome.
